Darelene is AMAZING! I highly recommend her for massage therapy. My shoulders and neck were nearly frozen. She do wonders for me.to gain mobility. She was so friendly and kind. She truly made me feel valued as a client. I will return again. 1000/10 recommend. :)

Dee is incredible! She really takes the time to get to know what's needed and educates you as she goes along. During my first session we already planned the second one and what would be best for me...which was a floor massage because I'm all sorts of tensed up and achy and we needed to get as much pressure and range of motion as possible. So I went back for that floor massage and it's exactly what I needed. Dee worked wonders and she did follow-up to make sure I was hydrating and tending to any residual soreness that was an inevitable part of what we had done to me to get me less tensed up. All that being said, I'm excited to get to my next appointment!!

I have ADHD, so I’m all about instant gratification and dopamine spikes in the NOW. Normally that’s problematic, but in the case of Dee’s massage techniques, it works in my favor. I have tried all sorts of different massage techniques in the name of sports recovery, and this is by far the best I have ever felt after walking out of one. Didn’t know I was in need of attention in some places, and Dee used techniques that are totally new to me. You notice a difference before she’s done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
