I visit this place 2-3 times a month for the signature foot massage and usually book with Shao, who consistently provides exceptional service. Unfortunately, Shao was unavailable today, so I ended up with David. The experience was beyond disappointing—his technique was uncoordinated, he seemed out of breath, and the massage lacked focus. I even stopped him a few times to redirect him to problem areas, but it didn’t help. It was a complete letdown. When I shared my concerns with the reception, I was met with a simple apology and no effort to resolve the issue—no offer to make it right, just “sorry, hope it’s better next time” followed by, “how would you like to pay?” We expect better from a place we visit regularly.

My husband and I got a massage there on 2/24. The massage was LIFE CHANGING. My husband and I move to many states. California, Nevada, Texas, and none of the massage places there can compare to Jiao Chinese Reflexology. The chairs are very comfortable, the art work stunning, and the atmosphere was unbelievably relaxing. The massage was just so amazing. We will most definitely be back again. The front desk receptionist was very kind as well and informed us of all their specials too. The price was just perfect. My body has been rejuvenated from my session with Jiao massage.

Went after several years and they have gotten even better. Yes the price has gone up a bit but it’s totally worth it. The massage therapists (only male) are good at their skill and very professional. They check in on you pretty often to ensure the pressure is good and not too firm or light. Clean rooms and most importantly heated massage tables. Hands down the perfect place to enjoy a no frill but truly amazing massage.
