Absolutely the best body massage I’ve ever experienced! Every detail, from the soothing ambiance to the skilled hands of the therapist, was perfect. They truly understood my needs and melted away every bit of tension. I left feeling like a whole new person—completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. If you’re looking for the ultimate massage experience, this is it!
I have been coming to this spa for almost eight years, and we recently visited for a couples massage. While I have always enjoyed the services, I have started to dislike the way the staff reacts to tipping. It is uncomfortable to feel watched while filling out the tip line, and it’s disappointing when their demeanor shifts based on the amount given. Tipping is optional and at the customer’s discretion, yet after tipping fairly for both therapists, the man at the front desk rolled his eyes, and the massage therapists whispered LOUDLY during part of the service, which I found unprofessional. I truly love this spa, but I hope they recognize that gratuity is a CHOICE, not an obligation. Professionalism should be maintained regardless of the tip amount, as the experience should remain welcoming for all customers.
I had an incredible experience at Head 2 Toe Massage! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail, professionalism, and overall ambiance made it one of the best massages I've ever had. I highly recommend Head 2 Toe Massage to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience!
My massage with Autwaun was amazing; however, the front desk experience is why this gets a one-star review. After my appointment, I went to pay, only to find out they do not have Tap & Pay options like Apple Pay. The only card I had available was a debit card with limited funds (what business doesn’t offer this in 2024?). The front desk staff rudely said, “$100,” without even asking how my service was. When I mentioned that they didn’t offer Apple Pay, she simply stated, “Debit card.” Unfortunately, I didn’t have much money available on that card, so I could only leave a small tip. She then rudely snatched the receipt from me and sarcastically said, “Oh, okay.” Let me be clear: a tip is a privilege, not a requirement. I’m only obligated to pay for my service. Before this unpleasant interaction, I was even considering returning to bring Autwaun a proper tip, as he did an incredible job. However, the front desk experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won’t be returning. I run a business myself, so I understand the importance of excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this spa seems to lack it. It’s a shame because my massage therapist was outstanding. Please work on your customer service and address this sense of entitlement.
Lisa is a healer! I suffer from chronic pain, and have been working with her for well over a year. She works so hard every session, digging into my pressure points and knots and stretching me out. I highly recommended Lisa for anyone who needs a serious deep tissue massage.
