Do not step foot in this place. Getting a massage here has led me to having permanent nerve damage. When entering the parlor I told the therapist I prefer a strong massage. Unfortunately I fell asleep during it and was woken up by her (the therapist) grinding on the bone in my left shoulder blade. She either had intent to be malicious or was completely incompetent Btw, when I exited the massage room there was a large back of magic mushrooms just sitting out on her shelf. I was heavily bruised and my left arm was destabilized for about 6 weeks as it recovered. At the time I wrote it off as a torn muscle. It late re-inflamed at which point I realized it was nerve damage. I only wish I would have gotten this checked out immediately by a doctor because this is a clear case of malpractice.

I recently took my boyfriend to get a massage here because his back had been hurting for weeks. The massage was so intense that it left my boyfriend with multiple visible bruises, which is completely unacceptable for a service that is supposed to promote relaxation and well-being. While we understand that some massage techniques can be firm, the therapist seemed to lack the ability to gauge appropriate pressure or check in with the client. Despite my partner expressing discomfort multiple times, the pressure did not let up. The masseuse said this pressure was okay and is what he needed.

They resue their gloves from person to person. I watched all of them taking off used gloves and setting them aside to reuse. I watched the guy put them back on to massage me. I know they’re cheap and if you get the right person it’s a good massage - but not worth the ick factor!
