I booked a 60min Head, Neck, shoulder, calf, and foot massage. I’ve had a few before at other places. The one I had today was horrible. The seem to just be rubbing lotion into my skin gently. This one was nothing like the others. I’d give it a 5 out of 10. When it came time to pay I was forced to use their atm for cash no one mentioned this when I booked my appointment. Then when I asked for my changed it took 2 minutes to receive the 10$. I was then chased out of the store for a tip for the guy. I said I thought I only tip if I truly enjoyed the service. He said it was a requirement I asked for 5$ back and he rolled his eyes. I just let him keep the 10$ and told him that that was very rude. NEVER COMING BACK.

Paul is my go to guy at the moment! The only thing that sucks about this place is that they rotate their staff a lot. When I find someone I really like they are only there for a short time. Eric was awesome! He was at this location alot last year. Can’t beat the price of $40 for a 1 hour foot massage. They raised the prices a few months back. I use to come more often. They also have coupons. But they only give them out twice a year. Around Christmas and around July. I think they should have a rewards type base system. That’s what is good about the chain massage places. But for now this is still a good massage for a cheaper price. And walk ins are okay. Also a good perk!

When I got there, the employee was asleep and tripping over himself while checking us in. The second guy who gave my sister’s service was about 15 late. When my service ended, the guy giving my service rushed my sister’s service to end so that neither of us received the full 60 min massage we requested. When trying to talk to the employees about the short massage and pay, there was a language barrier which made it very hard to communicate the problem leaving us with no solution. After we paid, they saw I left no tip and tried to force me to pay an additional $10 for a “deep tissue massage” that I did not receive. Overall the service was horrible and far from the peaceful atmosphere they advertise. It was extremely unprofessional that we couldn’t communicate with them and were forced to pay the price for a 60 min massage when we didn’t even receive that service. I do not recommend this location at all.
