A great massage experience every time we go there. The only drawback is the massage therapist stand over the register while you're paying looking for the tip amount. A tip is what's offered not required. I paid the massage tech their price for the service rendered. I don't owe extra money to anyone. Besides, sometimes I may not have it to give. It makes the whole experience uncomfortable.
Save your money!!! Horrible “reflexology” massage and horrible atmosphere. Paid $50 for one hour for reflexology massage. Woman did a great 5 minute massage of my face and head but the remaining time was horrible. She spent most of the time simply lightly rubbing my shin only. No foot massage at all!! Atmosphere was equally as horrible. My person had a conversation with receptionist while massaging my head. Phone rang off the hook. Staff members phone alarm went off for about ten minutes. Man getting massage in a room was asking his therapist “is that all you got?” Went to pay and they said there is a $2 charge to use it. I gave them cash and then asked “how about tip?” Really???? There are other places in town. Go to them. Not this horrible place.
They accommodated a same day couple's massage. Upon entering the building, there was a strange smell in the air. The facility is very plain looking, couple's massage was $200, so expected more. Massage started 15 minutes late. We did get the full 90 minutes. My therapist asked only once if everything was okay. No one asked me or my spouse what our needs were or areas needing targeting. I left massage with my hips and lower back still tight as therapist did not work area much. Towards end of massage, therapist raised my feet and just threw them down causing more impact to an already troubling lower back. I felt a shock through my body. He immediately left the room with no word of saying we are done or thank you for your business. He did not seem to care much. Upon exiting, lady at the check out advised there was a $2 fee for credit and debit cards as if folk are using cash in these modern times. She then asked if we would be leaving a tip, I advised we would not as we both left needing more attention to aching joints. I also noticed while at front counter that brochure showed $90 per person which should have been $180. We were advised via phone massage was $100 per person. Another strange thing noted about this facility is they used paper towels where you are to lay your face during massage. Building is very noisy. I heard the phone ring often and people talking during the massage. Improvement in service and presentation are needed to better serve the people of this community. I was not pleased.
Will NEVER go here again. Soo rude and disrespectful after they made a mistake. They were 40 minutes late for the appointment I had made and therefore we ran out of time for the full 1 hour massage I had wanted, so was only able to get a 40 minute massage due to their mistake. They still demanded I pay for a 60 minute massage that i did not receive! Awful customer service !!!! No apologies or anything either ,
This is not the place for you if you prefer a total silent, austere spa experience. There is noise. The rooms are semi-private, meaning curtains for doors and the walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling. You can hear other people and patrons. However, what you get is an excellent value for money experience. The therapists can sense out your problem and inflamed spots like they're heat seeking missiles. No frills, but I completely recommend it if you have body pain.
