If you need a fantastic gel mani, Ping at Relaxsation is your girl. The spa is unassuming and underground but don’t let that scare you — the gel manis are reasonably priced ($35/$38 with removal as of March 2025) and the quality is top notch. Ive been going to Ping for a few months and I’ve never had a manicurist who so consistently gives me 3 weeks on my nails, but she delivers! Super detail-oriented, great at recommending colors, and always makes sure I leave with gorgeous nails. The receptionist, Winnie, is also lovely and so friendly — Relaxsation deserves all the love!

Wow - Incredible experience. Masseuse extensive knowledge of anatomy, pressure points, deep tissue needs, and tension-care/realignment clearly shows. My body feels younger and stronger, put back together lvl of comfort afterwards. Request what you want worked on and it’ll pay off. I did a 90 minute full body session. Had gentle facial care and hip deep tissue done in addition to checks on my flexibility and sensitivity to make sure any discomfort is removed. They have many other options (nails mani/pedi, different massage combos, etc) to try. I will be sure to go again! Staff are soo friendly, facilities are simple and clean. Reminds me of another incredible place I’ve been to in NYC. Dont be fooled by the small street entrance, this delight is tucked beautifully in the heart of Boston; making it almost too easy to get to via Transit and enjoy!

I have gotten many massages at several locations, but the one I got at this place by Po was hands down the BEST deep tissue massage I’ve ever gotten in my life. Po was able to identify knots I didn’t know I had and successfully addressed all of them. Perfect pressure and perfect amount of time on each body parts. I didn’t feel like any places were missed. I feel so much better and will 100% be back.

Ping was awesome! She took great care of my nails, and she was very detail oriented. I was initially indecisive with the shade of red I wanted, but Ping recommended this color and helped me pick out the shade! I'll definitely go back :)

Winnie and her team are the best! I have been getting my nails done here every 3 weeks for the past year and am always so happy with what they do. Ping does amazing detailed gel manicures and I always love the new ideas she has for my nails (like the glitter coat at the ends she added and I ended up loving!!)
