The greeters were so sweet and welcoming, which set a great first impression! My partner had an amazing experience with his massage therapist and felt truly relaxed. However, my experience wasn’t quite the same. I had requested a medium pressure massage with stretches, but unfortunately, my therapist didn’t provide the level of pressure I selected or incorporate the stretching option besides one time on my neck. It was still a decent experience overall, but I expected better.

I've only been here twice. However, both times were a great experience and made the entire weekend very relaxing. Great environment. Good prices. Very skilled masseuse both times. The only suggestion would be a tailored music selection or the ability to play one's own version of soothing music. I could chill to some Enigma or Enya while getting good massage.

I purchased the birthday spa day package which includes a massage, facial, and a hot sauna. My services were scheduled in this order. I got out of the sauna 15 minutes early because I was sweating, naturally, and concerned about the oils from the massage and facial clogging my pores. I showered and left, and felt it was a pleasant experience. Subsequently, I had a major break out on my face and my back. It’s been a month and I am still breaking out on my back. I’m in my 50s so breaking out is not normal. I called the spa on two different dates and left messages for the manager so I could share my experience and discuss the poor choice in the order of the services. I never received acallback. Don’t ever get in a hot sauna with oils on your skin. The order of the services should have been reversed.

Front desk was friendly and welcoming! I scheduled two services, a massage followed by a facial and both were great. The staff walked me through the appointment and were very accomodating. The atmosphere when you go in it’s really nice but the waiting room chairs aren’t really comfortable. I truly wish they had a locker room as I had to carry my clothes inside of a bag after each service which in my opinion defeats the relaxation portion. I will definitely go again and just focus on one service at a time to avoid carrying my clothes around.
