Booking on the site was pretty simple and self explanatory. I had an appointment a couple weeks ago but couldn’t make it, I called an hour before to cancel it. Wasn’t charged a cancellation fee which was nice. Today I scheduled an appointment and was able to make it. He was a very cool, laid back guy. We talked basically the whole massage which didn’t bother me. The massage was great, he applied the perfect amount of pressure and I walked out feeling a lot better than I did when I walked in. I highly recommend this place for massages. He will take care of you.
Awesome therapist! Very respectful, professional, courteous, and caring. He was able to pinpoint my troubled areas and fix the problem. Atmosphere is very relaxing. By the end of the session, I felt fully relaxed and my muscles felt relieved. I highly recommend this therapist, especially if you have any sports injuries or rare muscular or nervous system conditions.
I had a fantastic experience at Grounded Zen! Vantroy made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and was very personable. He has magical hands and was very attentive to my body’s needs. He took the time to try various sports’ medicine techniques to alleviate my shoulder pain. I will definitely be back to see him when I return to Charlotte!
Vantroy at Grounded Zen Massage and Balance was excellent! He provides a wonderful service and was very thorough and accommodating to my massage needs. He was prompt, friendly and courteous, very knowledgeable about massage and anatomy, and most of all effective in reducing the neck/shoulder tension I was having. I would highly recommend Vantroy.
I wish I could leave a better review, but I couldn't even schedule anything before the practitioner became really rude. The practitioner did not keep their online booking service accurate, so I went through the time and energy to create login information, find an appointment slot that worked for my schedule, then book it, only to get a personal response from the practitioner a few moments later that he would not be available at that time. What? After that, I let him know that this is confusing for potential clients and it would be helpful to update his availability, at which point he became more and more rude. I will be establishing care with another provider and feel like I "dodged a bullet", so to speak.
