12/20/24 My first 60-minute experience felt so relaxing, but I knew it would not be enough time to cover all the issues I am facing. Even still, it was enough time for me to get acquainted with Amy’s excellent professional and customer service skills. Not only did I love the atmosphere she created, but she resolved so much soreness and tightness during my first session that I immediately went home and scheduled my next visit to keep working through the rest. LOL! *Edit 12/22/24: As promised, I came back. I decided to try a 90-minute deep tissue massage, in hopes of working out the rest of the tension. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Chiiiiild, my knees, back, shoulders, neck, shins, and calves feel brand new. Amy basically reset my whole body. I’m HOOKED.

Amy was everything you would Really want in a LMT! She took history, asked the right questions and asked for feedback on pressure as appropriate. I judge a massage by soreness the next couple of days v reduction of original pain. So far she hit all the marks! A bit of soreness but the level of improvement in radicular symptoms and achyness has been ideal! Was the process pain free? No. But for me, life is not pain-free, so having some assistance to reduce the lactic acid buildup throughout, combined with the manual stretching to restore range of motion in these old hips, was WELL worth the discomfort. I highly recommend--
