I had a great experience getting a deep tissue massage with Nicole at The Massage Studio! The environment was very relaxing and Nicole provided an amazing massage that targeted my areas of tension that we had discussed before beginning. She was also great about asking and adjusting her pressure throughout the massage and was sure that I was comfortable throughout. I will definitely be back!

It has been over 5 years since I have had a massage so I am not a connoisseur. I regularly ice, use a roller, stretch, and do range-of-motion and strengthening exercises. While having the normal joint and muscle aches that a middle-aged man typically possesses, I mainly set up an appointment to relieve anxiety. The conversation and atmosphere was soothing. And Jenny released pent-up tension in my neck and between the shoulder blades that I wouldn’t have been able to do even with a percussion massager. I feel much more at ease after the massage.
