Horrible customer service, walked in for an hour massage before work, paid for the hour, got undressed, laid down. The masseuse comes in, starts and says “only half hour, I got customer paid k”. Offers a $10 off a $60 payment for half the time. I come back with, well ok my turn is cut in half the service should be $40, especially since you messed ups and took my money. She insisted on $10 off only. Got up and left, never coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place.

Doesn't deserve a single star because the two times I went there, was turned away - even after making a phone appointment. Yesterday I arrived for my appointment and the rudest woman ever looked at me, looked at the clock, and said "busy - go away" What is really going on here?

I was really leery of this establishment and reviews were all over the place. The location (Asian mall) was really dirty and not kept up (roof leaking and bathrooms are filthy! Me and buddy went and had a good massage. Only a three star because the receptionist who answered was rude and unclear. Once massage was over I tipped my person and she tried to pressure me to give more. The fee was reasonable but $60/hr was not a full hour.

Workers who give massages are obviously not trained professionally. I paid $40 for a 30 min massage, she only massaged my back, mostly using her elbows rubbing on my bones and not her hands in working out my tense muscles (which was painful, jarring and not relaxing at all). They don't speak English so don't understand your requests (I asked her to massage my shoulders and she didn't understand even when pointing to them). When I paid with my card, she forced me to put a tip amount on there before she ran it- personally the massage was not worth $10, but I ended up giving her a $5 tip, in which she gave me attitude since it wasn't 20% she was asking for. My advice: DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to a professional place that knows what they're doing!! I wasted $45 and 30 min!!
