The massage itself felt very nice. The experience definitely felt less than luxurious though. At one point my masseur opened the door to yell at her coworker which kind of brought me out of the experience. My biggest complaint is the tip... my massage was $90 for an hour and a half and a 20% tip would have been $18. When they run your card, they do it behind the counter, and then they ask you what you want to tip (instead of having you write it on the receipt or using the card machine). This is awkward enough in itself. When I told her $18, she was visibly offended and held up a sign with three levels of service options (something like "good, great, excellent") and she was like "Excellent right? Thank you so much" and essentially just ran my card for a 35% tip. I was like, stunned speechless. I thought 20% was standard for service based industries (even though the experience wasn't worth a 20% tip) but 35% was astronomical and it wasn't even close to worth that. I give it two stars solely because the massage felt nice... but the experience was a flop and it ended up being quite expensive for what I received.

There was a sharp pain going from under my shoulder blade to my left hand that made it difficult to lift things for a week. I was driving past and saw the sign, so I stopped in. I was treated by a beautiful young lady named Rachel, who was very professional and listened to me when I explained the pain. She knew how to locate the tension points and work them out. By far the best massage from the prettiest Chinese lady you've ever met. I definitely want to return.

Took my wife here to get a 60 minute couples massage, the massage itself was actually pretty good. HOWEVER, upon checking out I paid with a card and gave a cash tip and the girl at the counter looked at the tip and told me “it wasn’t enough.” I don’t think I’ve ever had that happen ever in my life. The massage was good enough for both of us to consider coming back again but being told that I’m not tipping enough was a HUGE turn off and made my decision for us in regards to returning, long story short, we won’t. (My wife has been a massage therapist for 12 years, the tip we gave was reasonable for just about any other massage)

I saw Emma for a one hour massage and was pleasantly surprised that all of the 5star reviews were legit. Excellent pressure throughout, great technique and not a word about tipping as some others have said. My only complaint is that another employee barged into the room to ask a question without knocking, which was very rude and unprofessional 🙁. It was the best massage I've had in years so will definitely be back.

Customer Service: 0.5/5 Massage: 5/5 I've been looking for a place that specializes in foot massages only and stumbled upon this massage spot. A 30 minute foot massage was priced at $40, so I figured why not. They tried to upsell me to a full body but I declined. There was a 5-10 minute wait for the masseuse to get there, which I didn't mind. Once she got there, she started immediately. Outside of making me take my toe rings off, the massage was quite relaxing and was exactly what I was looking for and was excited about the prospect of returning. However, when I went to check out, the three ladies all gathered round and listened to our discussion. I decided to leave a tip of $9 (22.5%) and the main one laughed and translated what was happening to her colleagues and then asked me "why not increase to $10, so that it's easier". I replied that $9 was fine, and she laughed again and translated. When you use your credit card, there's a $3 fee, so paying with cash is better. My total was $53 ($40+$9+$3), which still wasn't bad. I've seen the manager's response saying that it's not something they should be doing and that she'll address their pressuring/upselling, but as of my experience today, it doesn't seem to have changed much. If you go, my recommendation is to go with the exact amount (for the massage and tip) in cash so that you don't have to deal with their pushiness.
