Tina did a great job of full body massage for me. It took my health providers about a month to clear me for body massage given I was in a major car accident. I have been limping specially in left leg and very sore back. Whatever Tina did to me during the massage took lots of pain from me. I never got this good of shoulder and shoulder blade massage in my life. I have much much much less limping now and feeling very rejuvenated. Today is two days after I had my massage and I still feel no major pain or limping in my legs. My Oura ring showed me that I had the lowest heart beat during the 1 hr message which shows how relaxed my body got. At the end of massage Tina used a hot wet towel and it felt extremely good. I would highly recommend working with Tina. She listened to me (despite the language barrier which can be resolved with Google Translate) and went above and beyond. I forgot to ask about hand massage but she actually massage my hands and arms (which were terrible sore due to car accident) and gosh it felt so relaxed. I wish the best for their business. U had the recommendation for this place from my colleague about two years ago when I was filling back soreness due to constant sitting in a job I just started and she told me she occasionally goes to M&Y massage and likes the treatment and helps her with the sedentary job. What I liked about this place is that you can easily get an appointment with online reservation and that they have work hours post normal office hours. As someone whose work expands anywhere from 8am-6pm depending on meetings; I have a hard time finding appointments for wellness but existence of places like M&Y massage in Columbus are such a blessing so people like me who work full time can still get some wellness treatment. Tina is of Chinese ethnicity and I know about Chinese traditional medicine and how effective it is. Also China has specialized massage techniques that are designed to remove the pain you feel from your body. I am so glad we are living in a relatively diverse small town that could get specialized care from people of different ethnicity. During my appointment with Tina, I did not feel rushed. I have had bunch of health appointments elsewhere before where the person constantly looks at their watch or somehow ends up rushing me and makes me nervous. Despite this, she still finished the therapy right on time. I was very relaxed during the massage.

Very relaxing, calming space. She was very kind and patient with me, and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! She found all the knots in my back without me having to tell her where I was having issues, and worked those knots out wonderfully! Very highly recommended!

I have been here two times, both the times have found the approach to massage very unique, targeting all the areas in the body that needs attention due to tightness. Very relaxing experience. For sure one of the best massage places in the town. Another good point about them is their availability, no need to pre book weeks ahead! Definitely recommend their service!
