Nicole is a one of a kind experience! She can go light, medium or deep pressure. She has an uncanny knack for pin pointing pain and often gets deep into the tissue without you even realizing it. I have been going to Nicole once a month for the past 3-4 years. So you know this is an honest review. From day one she knew my body and it’s ailments as well as I do. I have a bad left rotator cuff that has been bad for the past 2 weeks. I mentioned to her before our session today. She spent extra time on that area. After leaving her office, I noticed the pain greatly decreased and I am able to move that shoulder a lot more. I can’t say enough about Nicole. She is Awesome!!!

Honestly this massage was a different experience than any I've ever had, in all the best ways possible. Nicole is SO. ATTENTIVE. I've been dealing with chronic pain in varying parts of my body for years and she sincerely took the time to listen to everything I had to say, validated that it was all relevant to share bc everything is connected, and did some serious work in places other massage therapists have never done with me. As part of my deep tissue massage, she offered abdominal massage, worked on scar tissue I've had for multiple years post-surgery, and ended with foot reflexology with hot tools. It was all incredible. I feel so comfortable and confident that she is going to be able to help me resolve long-term pain so I am absolutely going back to see her. Thanks Nicole for this one-of-a-kind experience!
