www.lesparelaxinghub.comVery disappointing experience. My partner and I received this as a gift because of how much in need we were of a good massage. During our initial conversation, he refused to circle the highest number on the pressure chart and claimed that number 4 was deep tissue. Very quick into the massage, I kindly expressed that I would like firmer pressure - however, the remainder of the time was just having lotion slathered on me. When it came to my spine and behind the knee, she was not careful at all - VERY DANGEROUS. My partner has a similar experience. They did not seem experienced at all. Do not recommend.
Really a great spot. The manager was attentive for being a busy location. I didn't have any issues with the massage. The staff is awesome and my experience there was great.
Clean and organized The massage was amazing and I would definitely go back. However I didn’t like being questioned by both the owner and her husband at the same time-pressing for tips before even asking about my experience at their spa. I would suggest to have some cash on you , even after you paid online.
Actually very annoyed about this 'experience.' I had an appointment scheduled (I booked online), I booked exactly what I wanted/was requesting. I show up 5 minutes before the appointment, and the guy at the front is asking me all the questions about what I booked, when it was clear what I booked. It's like he was trying to get me to do a foot soak when that's not what I was interested in. He said they're running behind by 10 minutes.. I can be understanding, fine, no problem. Well I'm still waiting and a guy who walks in who just made the appointment goes back right away (I even heard him say he wants to do a 75 minute, this wasn't prebooked). So, the front desk guy tried to bring slippers over for me to wear, respectfully I declined as I don't want to share shoes with anyone, and he seemed very confused by that. Then, he brings out a T-shirt! A T-shirt for me to go change into?? Then I find out these are not private rooms. If you're going to have a set-up like that, at least get some SPA ROBES, not a freaking T-shirt. I said I wasn't aware these weren't private rooms and the whole thing so far makes me uncomfortable. Again, the therapist was running late by 10 minutes, but at this point it's past the 10 minute mark. So I asked for him to just cancel and refund my card as I had prepaid. He said he didn't know how to do that. Well, I'll give him a little bit of credit for figuring it out and actually refunding me. However, this is not a 'spa' or a regular massage experience, if you know what I mean. I'm quite upset I wasted my time from driving there, being on time, being stalled, to end up feeling so uncomfortable to the point I had to cancel and not get a massage today. It's unfortunate. Do yourself a favor and pick a small business in the area instead.
Had my first Chinese massage here and it was great. Wendy did a fantastic job. It was different than I’m used to but I loved it. Gonna try the Thai massage next time. (Actually Adam, not Laura. Acct under wife’s name).
