The massage is always fantastic, but communication is definitely lacking. I arrived on time to my appointment and Adam was 30 minutes late with no heads up or apology. This was the second time something like this has happened. I understand things happen but I do expect communication, especially when I have prepaid and pre-tipped. So 5 stars for the massage, but 3 stars for professionalism. ***I’ve edited my review in regards to the response from Adam. I still recommend him as a great massage therapist.

Adam is by far the most impactful massage therapist I've ever worked with. He makes me feel safe, comfortable... and I trust that he cares deeply for my well-being. He's incredibly talented at finding the line between relaxing/enjoyable and challenging/working through the knots.... The way he emphatically reminds me to keep doing my exercises makes me feel like he takes a personal stake in helping me be a healthy, balanced human. I'm so deeply grateful to have found him. Highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful experience! I had my first rehab massage here and unsure if the process, Adam was aware of my comfort and guided me through…. I felt completely comfortable and after a couple visits he knows how to keep me healthy and moving like I should be. 10⭐️

Adam (the owner of Surreality Massage) genuinely gave me the best massage I’ve ever in my life. I deal with chronic back pain when I’m stressed and after getting a massage from Adam, I didn’t experience any pain in my back for weeks afterwards (which never happens for me). I will warn you that it may feel deep and a little uncomfortable at certain points because he’s getting in there and genuinely fixing the problems that have built up (of course, you could tell him to reduce pressure if you don’t like a deep massage, but he really, really knows what he’s doing). That man knows his way around the human body incredibly well. I’ve sent other friends to him since going there myself, and with every person he has an innate ability to pick up on what’s ailing them and start working on reducing that pain, both mentally and physically.
