MANDATORY TIPPING ATTEMPTED- The massage was decent. They told us we could have 2 one hour massages over the phone. When we got there they said they could only do 45 minutes. We were going to leave but they changed and said they’d do one hour couple message. We were in separate rooms, which was fine. My massage didn’t start until 25 minutes after they had me lay down. During the massage they exited many times, took phone calls and talked to each other. My husband finished his hour and they tried to also finish mine. It was only 35 minutes into the massage. I said I had 25 minutes left and she did massage me for a few more minutes. The massages themselves were good and the person who massaged me was personable. When I went to get dressed my massage therapist entered as I was changing and asked for their tips. She said it would be $20 each. I explained that I’d talk to my husband and we’d decide how much to tip and if it would be by cash or card. She said it was like a restaurant and they would charge 20%. I pointed out that there was no signage that stated that and that they didn’t tell us as we went in. My husband and I did not have cash and I was not going to give them my card and believe they’d run it for the $10 each we wanted to tip (which was generous). We decided to leave and one woman began to chase us before the other stopped her. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you are willing to tip $20 on a $70 massage. I really wanted to love it.
