Paid Lucy for hour and half massage. Laid on table at 6:55 She came in room at 7:15 started massage and then got on phone twice and was talking to her neighbor. She left the room three times to discuss other peoples times. I could hear them saying “ but I paid for an hour”. She said to me at 7:58 “ we done” I looked at the clock and she said “we very busy and you come back and pay for hour next time and I give you hour and half”. Horrible facility and customer service! I paid $140. for at best a 35 minute tug. Very un professional to tell your customer how nice their butt is while naked on their table!! Would never recommend

Worse massage experience ever. The reception was abrupt told me to go into the room & get naked. A small hand towel was on the bed. No sheet. No robe. She was also the massage therapist. It was average but also no serenity or comfort. The table was hard & she was coughing and sneezing. My husband prepaid. As I leave she stands in front of the door literally chewing crackers demanding money. Blocking me from leaving. I said he paid already. She said he paid for the massage. All i had was a massage. She said yes, he paid, but you didn't pay. I said he paid for me, I don't understand. The owner came out and looked for the receipt and said okay, he paid. No apology. I called my husband and he says they charged him twice so she said okay, okay. And waved me out. The reception said oh wait you no give me a tip! I was on my way to get cash when she accosted me at the door. So the manager follows me out begging me not to write a review and to come back for the second massage they charged him for. Terrible service.

My husband and I were happy with our couples massage, the lady's did a great job, but we were not happy about ALL the Talking and Laughing between the 2 lady's giving us our massage. It was not calming or relaxing. I will not go back, I felt it was rude.

My massage with Lucy was possibly the best therapeutic massage of my 70 years. She keyed in on knotted body points without me telling her. I would definitely return. 👍🏼👍🏼
