I have never left a negative review on any business before but this is the worst place I have ever been to. My father bought four gift certificates for my family as a gift last year for Christmas. My first mistake was calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment (as you should do) but I had let them know that I had gift certificate for one hour. When I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment I was greeted with annoyance by the girl at the desk when I said I had called last week and scheduled an hour long massage. I showed her my gift certificate that was still valid by the date printed on it. She told me that I wasn’t listed for the appointment and that they don’t take those gift cards. I explained that my father bought them last Christmas for this place and that I had spoken to someone over the phone to verify the appointment. Next she called somewhere and left her desk to speak to someone for about 10 minutes before she finally agreed to take me. During the massage, there was a Pandora radio blasting with ads in the back of the room. The room looked dirty and when I layed down on the massage table, the sheets smelled like sweat. When the woman came to massage me, she kept talking really loudly for the WHOLE massage even though I had stopped responding because I was trying to relax. She would get distracted and stop massaging then proceed to massage only paying attention to half my back and rushing the rest. The massage was done in 45 minutes (since it had started later due to the phone call and she cut it off at the time the massage would have ended if we had started on time). I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe this was just my experience. However, my mother went about about a month after I did and had a worse experience! She called ahead for an appointment but when she arrived at the right time, they told her they don’t have time for her and she should come two hours later or they could only give her a half hour massage (even though the massage was supposed to be an hour). Quite a bit of money was spent on this thoughtful gift and the whole stress and experience really ruined it. I have been to several differently priced massage places and never had an experience like this. Avoid this place at all costs!

So.... we were at the 4th of July parade and my wife had a sore neck. I noticed the OPEN sign was on here and spoke to the woman behind the desk to schedule an appointment for my wife. I observed the training certificates on the wall for the therapists who I assumed worked there. The lady was non committal and said that they’d had complaints about any therapist other than the ONE who “does the women,” mmmmmkay.... when my wife completed her visit I was disappointed to hear that her experience was as follows: the therapy consisted of, “like someone petting you, like a lover,” just gentle stroking of the skin- this is not the massage technique desired or needed. I feel a therapist should ask before therapy -and have experienced this- what level of pressure is desired. Well, when my wife asked for a more firm touch, none was given. They also played some pretty aggressive rap music on the woman’s Pandora account off her phone. No speaker type in room system. Also, ”double tap that ho...” (actual lyrics my wife heard) isn’t relaxing music for a therapy session. The therapists personal preference for music aside; I didn’t consider this professional, or good value for $$ spent. Place seems shady. Don’t go. We won’t be back. Too bad.

Jenny can help you with back pain by walking on your back. Saved me for years when I was in manufacturing and had sciatic nerve issues.
