Amanda is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She knows how to use the exact right amount of pressure and deliver the kind of massage you need and want. On my first visit, I told her I wanted to be able to tell I had had a massage, but not be bruised or feel worse than when I went in. She understood and has consistently given me exactly what I asked for. There have also been times when she has given me tips on how to help myself between visits. For example, she recommended the right types of exercises when I had an injury, and she also suggested magnesium supplements when I was having muscle cramps. Both suggestions were spot on. I’ve been seeing her since 2019, and have been totally happy the whole time.

Been going to Amanda for over seven years, first in Savannah and now in Greensboro (since we both relocated to NC). She is a great professional. She knows how to get to all the right spots. And she remembers issues you have and addresses them without you having to remind her. Plus she is very pleasant besides being a great practitioner. I’ve had more than a few therapists in my time. Amanda is the best by far!
