Excellent!! Excellent!! Excellent!! I had several knots in my shoulders for years. Went to the ER and physical therapy for it. She got everyone of them out that PT and a chiropractor could not do. I first attended twice a week for about a month. I recommend at least once a month. When I can't go trust me I feel it!!
