I'm new to the area and am a little hard of hearing (30% deaf in both ears, VA disability). I got run over by a car a few years ago and it hurt my back and massage helps. Some days I'm in a lot of pain, like today. I called and asked if they had any openings today and a female said something I didn't understand. So I said I was hard of hearing and asked if she would repeat it. SHE SIGHED LOUDLY AND HUNG UP!!!! So I'm going to drive to another city and use a different massage therapist. I don't care how good a therapist or how close you are to my home... If you're this rude you will never get my business.

I will NEVER go back to this place!! She wasn't even that good. Only 20 minutes instead of the 30. Asked my son to leave and sit outside at 100 degrees. And to top things off she asked for a tip when I was checking out!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Went in for a 30 min massage and she stepped out of the room 3 times and even though she did that and I ended up with about a 20 min massage I still tipped this woman 5 dollars 50 total on 20ish minutes and she had the audacity to say "really that's it" I almost lost my sh*t
