Amazing practitioner! I highly recommend as this was the best session I have had in years. Afterwards, I was able to ambulate and move with such ease after months of range of motion deficits and multiple sites of pain. Communications were great for scheduling and during the massage. Carrie is amazing and very insightful about what stretches I need to do in between my sessions to help keep my neck from getting so tight . I drive a lot and struggle with tension headaches, as well as hip/back pain! However, since I have been seeing Carrie regularly for the last 6 months I am feeling much better ! I would highly recommend you allow Carrie to help you feel your best!!
