I repeatedly asked the Masseuse to go softer on my shoulders and ended up just telling him to leave my shoulders alone altogether. Now my shoulders are beyond sore and bruised from what was suppose to be relaxing. I have been there several times and never had this experience. That was definitely my last visit.
