At first it seemed it would be okay during the first 5 minutes with her walking on my back, but then the next 5 minutes she was barely putting any effort in and just lightly touching me basically. I only paid for 30 minutes so I know it won’t be super long, but Amy was basically done massaging me at 10 minutes and only 5 minutes of that involved any effort. I asked to finish the 30 minute massage, but then she continues to barely massage me which made the entire session unenjoyable. In addition to the bad experience, she demanded a tip after. I said this was a terrible massage. Either you give me a partial refund or I’ll write bad reviews on you. Her and the other lady working there didn’t like that and basically called their manager on the phone all upset at me. They were disrespectful towards me once they found out I wasn’t happy and was asking for a partial refund. I made the mistake of not reading these reviews before I walked in. So I highly recommend against giving this place any business.
A very good choice, it makes me feel relaxed all over, thank you, I will come back
Went there a month ago, paid for a full hour massage and I got the full hour of work done. The masseuse took her time on my shoulders and leg work which was much needed. The ashiatsu massage was the best; really worked out the issues on my back and it was performed meticulously; it She applied pressure from her feet when it was needed and didn't attempt to speed things up. It was my first visit and it was well above expectations. Thank you!
This was my first massage ever and Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She sensed the tightness in my back and did a great job relieving the pain, I will definitely be back again for the pleasant experience I received only this time I’m paying for the full hour, thank you for the massage!
While the spa had a nice aesthetic, my experience there was one of the worst massages (of well over 100) that I've ever had. Zero pressure, zero movement... zero skill. I honestly think the masseuse was either high out of her mind or falling asleep during the session. UPSELL on everything; shower? $10 more. "Deep therapeutic" massage instead of "Swedish" massage? $10 more. The session was Interrupted so she could collect. How relaxing : -- / And yes this place obviously has the extras, but would you drop a $100 "tip" to a terrible masseuse for 5-10 min. of something you can do better yourself with some olive oil and a laptop?!? Especially after the masseuse irritated the patron with interruptions & triviality. This place is the perfect example of a pattern I've noticed throughout Las Vegas; that workers seem to think they are entitled to 3-5 times the amount of $ for their time & effort while providing a service far worse (in quality & skill) than the same service in any other US city.
