Had a couple massage here last week. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of this spa. The atmosphere was so relaxed . Ana and Emily gave me and my husband deep tissue massage with hot stone , and some warm oil treatments. They both found our knots and we both felt relaxed. Highly recommended!

OMG. Simply amazing. We stopped in for a couples massage And these ladies brought their A game!! I have had literally hundreds of massages and this was by far the absolute best. We had some lymphatic work, amazing deep tissue, stretching and hot stone. They knew exactly how much pressure and where to apply. I am amazed at how good I feel. We will be regulars! **if you don’t like it deep to break up those knots tell them at the start! Otherwise they will do what it takes to break them up and I am ever so thankful they did. I can walk without pain and stand up straight.

I have gotten many massages in Lexington, and this one was pretty good! I wouldn’t say the best, for these reasons: my original appt was at another location and they had a schedule mix up and had me go to Red Rose instead (no big deal, it happens) but on my appt I had asked for 90 minutes with a hot stone. No hot stones, but the warm oil and massage techniques were very nice and relaxing. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t actual sheets and they were disposable, which left me feeling a little exposed but eh it’s whatever. The place was clean and the workers were friendly.
