www.wispausa.comI love Korean-style spas, and visiting Wi Spa was on my must-do list for LA — and it didn’t disappoint. The entrance fee is $30 per person, with an overnight charge of $20, making it $50 for a day. We found out a vendor at Korean Plaza sells tickets for $20 (a $10 discount), so we stopped by and bought them in cash before heading to the spa. The shared spaces were smaller than expected but surprisingly quiet, and the facility was impressively clean, with staff working hard to maintain it. The restaurant offered authentic Korean spa food, and we enjoyed sikhye and boiled eggs while playing board games in the communal area. There’s also a rooftop space perfect for cool weather. The shower room was fully stocked with essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels. Parking costs $4 for valet, but the lot is spacious, and there’s no extra fee for overnight stays. If I visit LA again, I’d definitely return!❤️
The best Korean bathhouse that I’ve gone to so far! I mean there’s so many amenities. There is a basic bathhouse (nude of course) separate for men and women with your normal fixings— hot, warm, and cold tub, dry and wet sauna. Family friendly, and open for 24 hours! I can only imagine the heating and water bill… If you’re going with the whole family or a mixed gender group of friends, there’s also a clothed relaxation area with mats on the floor where you can take a nap, with some other spas and sauna rooms. Small gym on the ground floor, as well. And of course, there is a great little cafeteria! Honestly probably the best thing about this place. And all for $30! If you’re unfamiliar with the etiquette, brush up online, and if you need reminders— they’re everywhere in the gendered bathhouses. Some tips would be to grab some shorts in the bathhouse area if you’re going to venture up into the cafeteria/co-ed area, since outside clothes are not allowed. Definitely come whether you’re having a treat yourself day or coming with a friend, partner, or family.
This is a great place for gatherings. As soon as you enter the door, you will be amazed by the environment. There are five types of saunas to choose from. You can also scrub your body after taking a bath. The staff is very enthusiastic and chats while scrubbing. The Korean bibimbap and soybean paste soup in the restaurant here are super delicious. We ate and chatted, and we couldn't stop at all~ (After eating, we went to the library to take some beautiful photos. The rest area was so comfortable to lie down and chat! It's open 24 hours a day, so you can stay as long as you want! Eat, drink and have fun with friends. Wi Spa is definitely a great choice for a date and relaxation!
One of my favorite weekend activities with my friends, very relaxing. Just discovered there is rooftop which is very specious and nice, don’t forget to bring blankets. The body scrub was fantastic—my skin felt rejuvenated, smooth, and refreshed afterward. The therapist was highly professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
I had a great experience at Wi spa. The saunas are very relaxing and I love the heated floors. We had the hot stone bi bim bap and it was delicious. The rooftop is very nice and has a really cool vibe. I would recommend to come here and relax!!
