Water was not clear and dirty with some objects in the water. The temperature of the hot tubs are not hot (broken boiler) stayed about 20min and got out told staff and got my money back. I was customer for over 15 years but I changed my mind I will never go back the place.

This place has bedbugs all over the place. This place maybe infected with the bugs. They bite when your asking. In the warm room floor room. And bite in all the rooms in the spa. And the older Korean lady work here is very recess person. Because she let's her own kind of people Korean. In the spa before 9:00 pm when she work her shift. The address for bedbugs place of living is 3625 W. 6th St. Los Angeles, CA. 90020 I've been bit many time starting here for a while. And many people have died here at this place 5 people during the cove-19.
