I’m sure this place is normally great, everyone in there seemed to have a good time. However, I came in for a 30 minute massage with my friend, just for my friend to start the massage after changing. (I timed the whole ordeal after I had to wait, so I’m giving you guys an accurate description of what happened) I waited 15 minutes for my massage to start, and when I did wait the person who did my massage was the guy who was taking phone calls and scheduling appointments. There were 5 instances within 15 minutes into the massage where he would pick up the phone and schedule appointments mid massage while digging his elbow into my spine (after I told him to be more gentle) out of a lack of attention to the client. He even left the massage for 3 minutes and didn’t even dismiss himself or explain that he was taking calls for more customers. Not even 15 minutes into my massage, after countless times of telling him to be gentle, I called it quits and said I was done with the massage. He acted surprised as if he hadn’t been negligent to me telling him he was being to rough with his elbows and my scalp. 1) If you can’t even provide a service to a client IN THE STORE, why are you taking more clients in? 2) If you’re going to be answering the phone mid massage, BE GENTLE. I can’t even describe the back pain I have gotten from this place. I went in there with lower back pain and left with pains in my back that weren’t there before. Not to mention, I had made comments to my friends about how horrible the massage was, and even told the man himself at the checkout how horrible it was. I still paid the $40 because I didn’t do enough research on the place, but he asked me for A TIP after providing the worst service. As someone who has been getting massages from random places for the past 3 years, this is the worst place I’ve been to. I just want to say, if the guy who picks up the phone is the one who is going to give your massage, SAY NO. He is horrible. Hopefully they take this into consideration cause I’m telling everyone about this places reputation.

Best massage I’ve ever had in the US. Michael went to great lengths to make my massage a good experience: he asked me about problem areas, stayed open 20 minutes late for me (I would have been fine with my massage getting cut short for closing, so I tipped accordingly!), massaged my scalp and face including my EYEBROWS and EYE SOCKETS. I didn’t realize my lower back had been holding tension until he squeezed hard. The free hot stones were a nice surprise (never tried that before, but I loved it), as was being wiped down of oil with a warm moist towel. The $50 was an awesome value. I am in town on business and I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Okay so my dad got a message here he said it was fine he felt good after he got a regular one but for anyone that is considering doing acupuncture here be warned I just witnessed one of the massagers pour used unsterile alcohol that was used to sterilize a needle back into the alcohol container I’m guessing they reuse the alcohol which is severely concerning and unsanitary

Went w my son and daughter today. I've been there about 3 times prior. Never have I had an issue here. Even though nearby, at JJ's massage before, none of us had a decent one. George took me and really hit deep spaces. He exposed my Knots, and did an exceptional service! My son and daughter were happy w theirs, as well. It is not a fancy place, for those expecting that. Great value for what they offer. Even though their may be a potential language barrier..... Universal language speaks louder than words. It's not a big deal for me. We got package D.... 70 minutes, w the hot rocks! That extra ten minutes, put the massage, on a higher level! They do charge $2 for credit card and No charge, offering Zelle & Venmo as options. I did call.hour before the massage, to see if they had 3 Massage Therapists available. They've had a repeat customer, w me, na do will continue ot return! When I'm in the Downtown LA area..... And I need it..... I go to this establishment! BTW...... They stayed open late for us!! We walked in at about 7pm,and left at about 8:30pm!

Whether you are looking to loosen up after a stressful day or looking for the best places to go for your weekend getaways, a good rub down will be most satisfying. Massage can improve blood circulation, release those muscle tension, and give your body the much-needed care and support. It is located at the heart of Chinatown. Just a short drive from Downtown LA. If you are touring Chinatown, drop by to experience that good old Chinese massage. Panda Massage is the most affordable, convenient, and perfect place to de-stress.They have a specialty services available to those who desire an alternative to massage therapy. Bio-electric therapy is very safe and effective at reliving pain. It acts as an alternative to acupuncture, without the needled. It utilized the meridian points just as our many massage services.
