Rude, impatient staff. Strange smell, almost like someone had just eaten lunch. Overpriced for what it is, $95 for 60 min? I'd rather book somewhere with higher standards, better customer service, and a nicer facility, and pay the same premium. Save your money, book elsewhere!

I have never had a bad experience in the years I've been coming here. These ladies are so intuitive with their massage and really seem to care about making sure you get the best experience possible. They say you don't realize what you have until it's gone, and after I moved away and received a series of bad massages, I realized what a true gem this place is. I highly recommend this spot, you owe it to yourself to go!

Several years ago I started to have symptoms of carpal tunnel. After several sessions of deep tissue massage with Mary and all the symptoms went away!!! It's painful but you've got to be willing to put in the effort to get better. Mary is very strong, attentive and knows the human body. I've been going to her ever since. Recently I have issue with my left hamstring. Mary recommended Tan. Tan is equally amazing! She spent a great deal of time working out all the kinks and knots there and I can feel the relieve immediately after the session. This spa is a new adventure for the amazing team there. It's very zen and clean, ran by a team of professionals that cares and know the art of healing. Last but not least, if you are lucky, really lucky, you will get to meet the unofficial store manager, Miu Miu the dog! The most well behaved dog ever, he is a little shy tho. 😊

I got a massage last week and that was the third time I went to this spa. The person who usually does my massages did not do them this time, and I think the person who massaged me last week was new. It was painful and I know that was to be expected with a Thai massage. However, this time it was much more painful than usual. I was scared to tell the woman how much pain I was in because, I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it so I just went through the whole massage. Usually, the experience is relaxing, but this experience was very stressful. Also, I was pressured to tip more at the end even though I already left a tip. I don’t know if I can request a refund since I didn’t use Groupon this time but this was really not the best experience. Next time, I hope the person who usually does my massage is available. UPDATE: I contacted them about the issue and they provided me with a full refund and apologize. Still a great spa and I highly recommend Benni.
