I haven't been to this place for more than 6 months but finally went back today because some (not all) of massage therapists here are pretty good especially Lynn. Lynn wasn't working today so I was assigned to a different therapist and she was the worst. I forgot her name but she didn't speak any English at all, so it was very hard to communicate with her. Even when I was trying to act/show her what kind of massage I wanted which she still didn't understand :( The worst of it all is their VERY AGGRESSIVE tip chart. For a $60 one hour massage they are asking for at MINIMUM 40% tip which equates to $25 - like WOW. The reason why I stopped coming here was more about how some of the therapists (not Lynn) would verbally harass you if you give them less than 40% tip - I usually tip $15 - $20 depending on how good the massage was. They didn't have this tip chart posted before, but now it is posted in every room, the hallway, entrance to the massage area, and I believe also in the restroom. So with that in mind. Book with your own discretion and be prepared to have at least $25 in cash for tip.

Peter was amazing! My first time at Lotus. I was a walk-in and Peter took me right away. My muscles have been very tense for weeks in areas I can’t even reach. I think the tension has been causing headaches. Peter combined deep tissue massaging, all sorts of stretching, and walking on back. I’ve had millions of massages but Peter gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! At the beginning of the massage he said my muscles had knots and that he would help me. And that’s exactly what he did! I feel so different. He showed me stretches I can do at home and told me to take care of myself. What a lovely massage therapist!!

Excellent Thai massage. My wife and I have been coming to this place for years and it never disappoints. Great value for the money with therapists going the extra mile and working very hard. Relaxing atmosphere with comfortable massage chairs and quite surroundings.

I have tried so many different places in the valley until I found the best. Beautiful lady named "Nat" is the best masseuse I have seen in my life. I used to get a massage from her on a weekly basis since I my job is work behind computer. Very effective and she is very knowledgeable. As they say when you find a good masseuse or a hair stylist, stick to it. Unfortunately I moved to Irvine and still struggling to find a good masseuse :(

I just had to walk out of a massage after 20 minutes. This was my third time here. The first two massages were good and relaxing, with attentive massage therapists. Today, however, a massage therapist with a deep voice hurt me; she was unwelcoming from the start, scraped my back and feet with the hot towel, jerked my limbs when she moved them, and stepped on my neck and spine. I literally thought she might paralyze me. Her hands were hostile, her touch was the opposite of therapeutic, and she left me more tense than I went in. She also kept leaving the room for several minutes at a time, which gave me the opportunity to leave without a confrontation. It really felt like she was mad at me. Unfortunately, the inconsistency with the massage therapists means I won't be returning. I feel lucky to have escaped when I did. If you meet the massage therapist with a deep voice, run!
