I kept asking harder and the masseur said no! I paid for a full hour and just got oil rubbed on my body. The second star comes from me not wanting to be a jerk but also him telling me next time to order a chair rather than a room for shoulders. Why would I need to do that? I will never know.

Great service. Great prices. Great massage therapists. The foot massage is my favorite. I feel like a brand new person after the foot massage. Truly relaxing and has so many health benefits. They know what they are doing to help relieve tension.

Extremely disappointed....the massage attendant ( after nicely instructing her to be gentle...not rough ) bruised my arm badly...apparently not understanding my request...and hurting my back. I believe she didn't understand the words....I'm ok with the employees not speaking English but they should be able to distinguish between rough and gentle. I even tried to show her. She seemed stressed out from the demanding man...either a manager or owner. I will NEVER go back here again...Their prices are cheap...now I know why...no qualifications. NO STARS. Had to hit one star in order to post...what's up with that?
