This is the most inexperienced and unprofessional massage establishment I have ever visited. If you want to try this place because of a video on TikTok let me save you time and money and don't come here. Both my friends and I got massages here and felt like all they did was just rub oil on our bodies. No massage had a specific technique it was just rubbing the entire time. When we went to go pay and tipped them they also looked at us crazy because the tip wasn't enough for them… never have I ever felt so disrespected in an establishment. The reviews about the tip are true and I'm sad my friend and I had to witness it ourselves.

Beware of scams. I asked for 60 minutes for 2 people, but once we finished they informed us they "accidentally" did 90 minutes and then asked for more payment. And the cashier/front desk person we ordered the service with happened to be off duty. So instead of an affordable massage I ended up spending $100 pp ($200+ for 2 people). It was very suspicious. It's too bad because I was excited for this place to be good.

It was the worst massage that I ever had. I asked for a hard massage, but literally they hurt me so bad, half of the time they just were walking over me, I asked them to do it softer, but they didn’t, they also stretch me and instead of relieving pain they only induced more.

Today was the first time I ever came here for a massage. The guy at the front desk made me pay and leave a tip prior to even getting my service done. I am normally a big tipper, but left a $10.00 tip because I was turned off by the fact that they are requesting a tip before they even do the massage!!! After I paid and tipped, I went to the restroom, when I came back from the restroom, the woman who was going to do my massage, her name is Umaphon Petlam, was at the desk talking with the guy that I paid and he told me that I only left a $10.00 tip and Umaphon asked him to talk to me, because she wanted me to give her more tip since she was doing a 2 hour massage which I paid $120.00 for. I cannot believe the audacity. They were cutting into my massage time to question me about a tip for a service that I had not even received yet! I wanted to walk out, but they probably wouldn’t refund me. I ended up doing the massage, which was subpar. After the massage Umaphon said she would see me out front where she was waiting for me with her phone in hand and her Zelle QR code, asking me for more tip. I was irritated at this point and started to question their practice of collecting payment and tip BEFORE service, complaining about the amount of a TIP and requesting more. The guy at the front desk started acting like he doesn’t understand English, smiled and started playing on his phone. He whispered something in his language to one of the other massage ladies in the lobby and she and the other women were quiet and staring at me and Umaphon. I should have just walked out, but I went ahead a zelled her another $10.00. I normally tip $30-$40 for a massage. Had they done like every other massage place where you pay and tip after your services, maybe she would have gotten more. Although, her massage was poor. I do not recommend this place. There are better Thai massage spas in Los Angeles. I will not be returning and I will tell everyone I know to not spend their money at Pho-Siam Thai Spa. Poor customer service. Poor conditions in the shop. Poor massage by Umaphon Petlam. They are very disrespectful here.

I had better Thai massages in Pasadena. I had to wait for the lady for bit before she came to massage me. Eventhough she started on me late, she finished before the person who was giving my friend the same 1.5 hr massage. If you like a hard massage and don't mind the person walking on you, this is the place for ya.
