Venda wood-unprofessional and aggressive. I called and made a one hour appointment and arrived and was told I should do 30 minutes. She wanted payment up front and would not continue until her phone alerted her that she got paid. I tipped 10 for a $50 massage which is 20%. I was told that was too little and again asked to wait until the zelle payment went through. I don’t expect this business to be around for long because of poor customer service.
