My wife recently had a disappointing experience during her second visit to this place. The same therapist had done a good job during her first session; it lasted the full 60 minutes, which is why she decided to return. Unfortunately, her second visit was completely different. The massage only lasted 50 minutes, even though she paid for a full hour. When she asked the therapist to focus on her upper back, the therapist refused, saying it was "too much work" and that she preferred to work on other areas. Even worse, the therapist commented that she didn't want to do the upper back because my wife had only left a $10 tip during her previous visit. The atmosphere also wasn't ideal; it was noisy, and the therapist kept talking to someone else entering the room during the session, making it clear she wasn't focused or interested in providing the same level of care as the first time. Despite being disappointed, my wife still left a $10 tip to show respect, thinking the tips might be shared among the staff. However, after this service, she won’t be returning. It’s unfortunate because her first visit was so much better.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Go anywhere else. An hour massage was paid for in advanced. I asked the therapist for change for a $20. She said honey $20 tip for your massage is good. Never came back with change. As I’m leaving two woman chase after me and demand that I pay $20 for a tip. They saw my boyfriend hand me cash and wanted ALL of it. I called him and told him what happened and neither one of us will ever be visiting that place again either. So find a legit place to spend your money

Had a 60 min massage for $60. It was less than 60 min which I timed it around 50 minutes along with the girl leaving to get the hot towels which took her an additional 4 minutes. I didn't have enough tip which was my fault to begin with giving $7 but she did not let me leave and demanded $20 tip. Which I venmoed her an additional $10 as I couldn't leave the place. The prior reviews are right as this was terrible service, decent massage and the girls are just ruthless.

Came in for a manicure/pedicure. I left with bubbles on my gel manicure along with brush hairs. My pedicure was below average the lady scrubbed my feet for less than 15 seconds and my feet are definitely not smooth. If you want a very average nail salon look no further.

Worst massage I've ever gotten. Between the phone calls, constant beeps, stepping out for bathroom, stepping out to check out the front counter. The absolute best part was the endless sniffings. If you're sick, stay home. You're not supposed to touch people. Now, let's get to the fun part: not sure why she's (Sarah, she said her name was) a masseuse. No skill whatsoever!! My neighbor's French Bulldog gives way better massages than this. It was so poor it was downright pathetic. Should have seen the look on her face when I told her I weren't going to tip her because this excuse of a massage. Avoid Sarah at all cost.
