Me and my bf decided to take a trip to MB to relax. And what more way to relax than to get a professional massage! It was the first time for both of us, so we were a bit nervous on the process. We booked a couples massage with Carolina Wellness due to their outstanding client reviews on Google and their Facebook. AND IM SO GLAD WE DID! We were immediately welcomed as soon as we walked in. Their office is beautiful and smells of heaven. Jane and Shanique walked us through the process, knowing it was our first time, and made us super comfortable to be there. Afterwards they offered us wine and chocolate covered strawberries! (It was valentines day) We walked in a bit nervous and walked out new people! My back felt ten years younger! 10 out of 10 recommend! Thank you ladies, yall were awesome! And shout out to the front desk gal, she answered a ton of our "where to go and what to do" questions bc we were new to visiting the area. All in all, a wonderful environment. BOOK WITH THEM!

Alley greeted us with a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived. She even gave us a list of local favorite Restaurants that we were interested in. Wendy and Bel the massage therapist were so professional and thorough throughout the couple’s massage. They touched every part of our bodies from head to toe. To top it off, they gave us dessert and wine after our session! How awesome is that? No wonder why they have such great reviews. We are extremely happy and will be going back!

I am not from the area but very glad that I decided to book a massage at Carolina Wellness Spa! The receptionist was very friendly when I was greeted upon arrival. I had my massage with Jessica who was also very kind and professional. The massage was so relaxing! Next time I am in the area I will be sure to book another appointment!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I received a $115 birthday gift certificate for this place, but my experience was nothing short of frustrating. I booked an appointment, but due to a personal emergency, I wasn’t able to attend. When I tried to reschedule, the lady informed me that my balance was reduced to $47 because I could not attend on the same day. At no point was this policy mentioned when I booked the appointment or on the birthday certificate itself, she said that if I re schedule it would be different (which I did , as it was a gift certificate) To make matters worse, when I called to rebook, the lady spoke with the “manager and owner,” only to tell me they wouldn’t honor the full amount. She ended up canceling my new appointment and before hanging up, she even stated that she would make sure I was added to their block list. I’m baffled that a place promoting relaxation and wellness would treat clients so poorly. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. Than you Carolina Wellness massage for making my birthday gift a nightmare. JUST DONT GO.
