Anna was extremely meticulous with massaging sore areas . She worked passionately on a deep tissue massage tending to untapped areas such as my wrists, ankles, shoulder blades and thighs. She is crafty in using her knees, elbows, knuckles, and fingertips to release tight knotted muscles and promoted healthy circulation. Please include massages as a healthy regimen. You won’t regret it!
Stopped by while I was on a business trip as I had a tight upper back and shoulders. Reasonable price and the masseuse really put her soul into working the knot out! I will be back when I come back :)
I was in a lot of pain in my shoulders, arm, an back. I was a walk in an was met by may at the front desk. Really nice lady. Cindi was the attendant that did the massage. She was attentative an listened when I needed less pressure for extremly sore areas. She provided top notch service an gave me my full time. Thank you for helping me feel better!
I would say this is one of the worst massages that I have had ever. Although the person meant well, the massage was extremely uncomfortable and I don’t believe the person was understanding due to a language barrier. I will give her credit because she did try her best to understand and do a good job. Initially, I was not going to leave a review until the end of my massage I was pressured into leaving a tip, which I was going to leave anyway, but when you get service here you pay before hand with a card and they take your receipt so given that they had my receipt from when I first came in I wasn’t able to leave a tip until I asked could I have the receipt back and they were not understanding that and they were like are you not leaving a tip. The employees all standing in the front stating no tip no tip. They all kept saying And I was explaining to him that I need the receipt to leave a tip so they know she can get a tip, even though it wasn’t the best massage. That small situation really made me make a decision on not to come back! Additional Added Update since you responded (2 to 1) : The hot stones were not free and it was quoted to me over the phone and in person that it came with the massage package I picked. If you have someone giving misinformation that falls on you all. So I asked about what was quoted to me given that you make people pay before receiving the service. And no that is not how you remind nor ask a customer for a tip and it was not just her it was you as well miss ma’am. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. When there I asked all 3 of you numerous of times did you understand what I I was stating and you all said you didn’t and stated that was okay. If there was a language barrier how could you make false statement when you all didn’t understand. For you to say that I said I don’t give a tip without a receipt is inaccurate and incorrect. Please keep your screenshot and I will keep mine. As the therapist could’ve gotten a better one if it was not for that. It was not reminder yall literally pressured me. So please keep it.
