The massage is excellent, but the customer service is poor. I requested 30 minutes chair for $40. I was told to lay down, not sure why the chair wasn't in use. They attempted to sell me 2 people for $60, which would have been $120. I refused the offer. I was offered 15 extra minutes for $60 but she lowered it to 10 minutes to 'save me money', thus $50. I am used to having my full body and feet done for $60 (one hour), so I asked about adding feet. It was combination B ($75). The entire time I was in front of the door, thus every time someone came in cold air blew on me. The ladies held conversations the entire time, whispering loudly over me. There were times she paused the massage to talk. I am sure minutes weren't added. The constant price interruptions, cold air, and lack of empathy for the customer was daunting. She didn't like her tip, and told me, "You can go now". I think I will keep looking. I miss my one hour $60 including body and feet reflexology massage. A man came in during my massage and requested a chair massage. The woman said,"No, table", and whisked him to the back. Advice: More massage and less talking.

I don't take the time to submit descriptions of negative experiences but unfortunately after my massage tonight, I feel like a review would be informative. I have gotten massages at this location previously and every massage has been glorious, which is why I kept returning. Tonight was sadly the last time for me. I came in, pointed to Combo B that I wanted ($75, 30 min foot, 30 min chair). I was seated, hearing that I wanted Combo A from the receptionist to my massage lady. She gets started, soaks my feet, and about 10 minutes in she moves me to a back room on a table, noting that it's warmer back there. Well there was a gentleman beside me getting a chair massage yet they didn't move him, but whatever. I get situated on the table and told her I wanted Combo B but Combo A is just $5 more; I made sure to say I wanted 30 min foot, 30 min chair/table. A few minutes into my foot massage she asks if I wanted to extend it to 45 minutes; I said no. Later when she's working on me on the table she makes comments like I'm very tight, "trust me", "30 minutes is not long enough", insinuating 90 min would be much better. I see where this is going but I'm clearly in a vulnerable spot to voice that I just wanted 30 min foot, 30 min chair/table. She doesn't speak English very well though she's quite friendly and accommodating to me. At some point I guess I give her the green light to do 90 minutes because voicing the original service I wanted doesn't seem to be acknowledged at this point. The massage was incredible, not going to lie! Get out to pay afterward, total is $120 - not the $75 I originally wanted to pay for. I add a $15 tip and as the receipt is printing she looks at me and says "It's supposed to be a 20% tip"...so I reach into my wallet, pull out $10 cash, give it to her, and peace out. To be fair, there could be a sign somewhere that says tip 20% and I didn't see it. The overall experience was uncomfortable, I wasn't sure why I was being moved around, and the heckling pressured me from paying for a $75 service to $145 service after tip. I have LOVED my massages there but experience has taught me that my original request will not be respected; that creates an uncomfortable environment and lack of trust. I'll be trying out a place called Bucca Reflexology, a spot my dentist of all people recommended.

Horrible experience, and I’m easy to please. I asked for a 1 hour full body massage with Linda. When I got into the room she started pushing for 90 minutes. I could not understand a thing she was saying. I said no, then she asked if I wanted a second girl to massage one half of my body while she does the other. I asked her for the total price of the massage and she said 60 dollars, I said “60 total?” And she said “yes” but also kept saying “half, half!” So I thought she meant it would be a 30 min massage but with 2 people for $60, because 60 seemed too low. Regardless I specified a third time “$60 for the entire thing?” And she said yes. I figured maybe they wanted to chat while massaging me or they were looking for extra tip. Go figure. So Linda and a revolving door of women came in to massage me for what turned out to be one hour. The entire time they kept asking if I wanted more time, and I was worried I was going to be ripped off. I knew it wasn’t going to cost $60. I was uncomfortable the entire time. Nothing was relaxing about this experience. After the hour was finished I went to pay and sure enough the lady at the front asked for a HUNDRED and SIXTY. Just not acceptable. There’s no way to even reason with them because they don’t speak English. I paid $160 and left a $30 tip because I’m sure most of the money goes to the house. But $190 for a, mind you, MEDIOCRE, massage is ridiculous in Tennessee. I’m from New York and a quality massage is about $70 plus tip. Will not be returning. DO NOT RECOMMEND, there are so many better places.

Darn! I had the same experience a lot of people on here had. I agreed to a 45 minute massage for $65. She only did a part of my body and then tried to upsell me to 1 hr for $80. I said ‘no’ and then she tried again a few minutes later and I agreed only because I really wanted my feet done. I eventually got talked up to 75 minutes for $100 because I realized the game she was playing and I decided it wasn’t worth it to get upset. But I did get distressed and distrustful a few times during the session because of this. This is bad business and I have never had this happen before during a massage. The massage is good but basically their strategy is to only do some parts of your body and upsell you for more time and more money if you want the other parts touched. I wish they knew how awful this is.

I literally just had the best massage of my life, and the staff were really kind and professional. I highly recommend this place!
