Great place to get an affordable massage. I got the 60 minute foot massage for $62 and it was worth every penny. They keep the front door open so it can get a bit noisy from the street or humid if it's raining (which was the case when I went there) but it's still a great price so no complaints. There's also a competing spot right across the street which I didn't try but I saw that they are ever slightly more expensive. My foot massage was not too hard and I never had to ask the masseuse to ease up. It was just right. I tipped generously (almost 30%) given the price point and also read other reviews that they are particularly hawkish regarding tips and I didn't want to deal with any drama lol. I tipped in cash and everyone was happy.
I walked passed as they had just opened up for the day and requested a foot massage. The floors were recently moped as the floor was still wet. She did a great job massaging my feet, I didn't go in with any high expectations. My feet was killing me from walking these streets, I just needed some temporary relief. 12 bucks for ten minutes is not bad, we waste money on food, why not put the money on pampering yourself for 10 minutes? 🤷🏾♂️
Amazing foot and back massage for a very reasonable price!! Very highly recommended. I had both massages with the big guy mentioned in other reviews.. and I absolutely loved it. He worked really hard and is very friendly. The pressure was perfect for me. I’ll definitely come back if i visit NOLA again!
Was it relaxing? No. Did I have to take my shirt off and my friend didn’t? Yes. Were they talking about my tattoos and sunburn and laughing at me in their language? Yes. But god damn if that wasn’t a bloody good and firm massage for my sore body. I got 10 minutes feet and 20 minutes back/neck/shoulders and it was lush. Would definitely go again!
Three of us went in for a table massage. The massages were verging on violence. Painful and without any technique at all. They don’t speak any English so you can’t explain what you want. And then they pressured us into big tips at the end, plus extra charges for using a card. Definitely would not return.
