Not very relaxing at all. Masseuse wouldn't stop talking for the entire hour. I just wanted a nice relaxing massage. He completely ignored the areas that I specifically requested that he pay attention to. Also requested heavy pressure, got a very light level of pressure. It's okay for what it was but for $150, I really wanted a better experience. I also find it odd that the form did not ask for preference of male or female masseuse. I really don't like being touched by male masseuses but I was not given a choice. Probably best to avoid this place

100% NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Definitely didn’t get a full hour. He did not listen or address an area i wound up trying to fix myself after the massage. Didn’t listen to the fact that i requested my legs NOT to be touched because they weren’t the issue i came in for. Definitely a huge disappointment and a waste of money. Every professional massage starts asking about target areas to work on. All he did was talk talk talk and not listen to my needs. Save your money and find a true professional that actually cares.

I personally did not like my spa experience or the customer service. My spa experience felt like it was being rushed and later in the day felt pain from it; not something you want to feel after a spa day. As for customer service, just rude. I canceled my membership (after I was tricked into getting one) and they made it difficult for me to cancel it. I was under the impression I canceled it only to find out via my credit card statement, it wasn't. For anyone who thought they canceled, even for anyone with a membership, I higjly recommend checking your credit card statrments. I don't trust them.

I went for a massage and facial today for the first time at a Massage Envy. The whole experience was fantastic. 2 people stick out the most and want to thank them for an amazing experience. Brianna did the best facial ever. It was so relaxing, my skin looks smooth and she was so nice. I called when I got home because I realized the membership would have been a better option for me and I’m pretty sure it was Emma who answered. She truly went the extra mile to make sure I was able to still get the membership and pricing. I can’t wait to go back again!

Scummy, predatory business practices around their memberships. They only let you cancel in person, make it very difficult to use your credits. I was charged for a membership I never used and they refused to refund. This company studied all the ways gym memberships were predatory and copied it. Stay away.
