I have to say that Becky at In Touch is great! She's very knowledgeable, and can target knots like a heat-seeking missile! She is very good at digging deep and breaking apart stubborn myofacial points... she also has given me great dietary and herbal tips, along with interesting stretches so that I can minimize the abuse to my muscles. I generally go monthly, but when I have an emergency (super over-exertion with a deep soreness) I'd call or text for an appointment, and usually I'm back to normal in about two days after my session. The room is comfortable... it's quiet and she has an iPod running music in the background. The sheets are always clean, the table is warm and comfortable. There is a wicker chair, coat hooks, and a small end table available in the room for you to put your belongings on. There's an unlocked bathroom to the left of the entrance (across from the defensive driving school) so don't worry if you see that the first floor bathroom is locked. Whether you just need to relax or you're in need of of some therapeutic help, I seriously recommend a visit... but don't squeeze me out of my appointment times! :)
