I had an amazing facial at Elements Massage and Skincare in White Plains! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, and the staff was welcoming and professional. My esthetician Kaylz was fantastic—she took the time to assess my skin’s needs and customized the treatment perfectly. The products used felt luxurious, and my skin was left glowing, hydrated, and refreshed. Kaylz also shared great skincare tips, making the experience both relaxing and informative. I highly recommend Elements and will definitely be returning!

I had a very disappointing experience at Elements Massage in White Plains. When I first walked in, Rebecca at the front desk was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Her attitude was harsh, and it honestly felt like I wasn’t being treated the way other customers were. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of my issues. After my massage, when I mentioned that I had already taken care of the tip for my masseuse, Rebecca continued to push me for more. It felt really uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since I had already shown appreciation for the service. Overall, the customer service here left much to be desired, and I won’t be returning due to the way I was treated.

Amazing service! Howard helped with getting rid of all my knots in my back and tension in my neck and shoulders which causes me to get headaches. I walked in with a terrible migraine because of my neck and shoulder tension and walked out without one. Will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been going to this Elements location for about 2 years and the staff is wonderful! Tom is a very knowledge and welcoming massage therapist and always makes sure the pressure is perfect / listens to your goals for each session. Alice at the front desk is also very friendly and always makes me feel welcome. An hour here always goes by too fast!
