This place is a hidden gem with very reasonable prices right near Fifth Avenue where all the luxury shops are. It’s literally right next door to Chanel. I always come in for their signature massage which is half Swedish and half Thai which is both relaxing and good on muscle tension. Each masseuse is talented and they never disappoint. I’ve been into Thai massages since my trip to Thailand and they’re simply the best. The atmosphere inside is pleasant and peaceful and you are always offered either a bottle water or ginger tea beforehand. You can also buy their packages to save on price which is great option too. Great spa that specializes in Thai massage!

Highly recommend! Best massage and facial experience I’ve ever had. I chose the cranial sacrum massage to relieve neck, shoulder, and lower back pain and tension. The massage got areas of neck pain that I haven’t previously had addressed during massages - it was a combo of pressure, gentle massage, and a little stretching with some guided movement. It was clear that this place is filled with knowledgeable and skilled staff. The masseuse was attentive, thoughtful, and professional. I also chose the whitening facial for age spots and imperfections, which included high frequency & extractions. The facial was incredibly thorough as well, and I enjoyed getting a few tips for skincare along the way. I was surprised to get a little neck and face massage along with it, and it was all incredibly relaxing. The entire experience was very professional, and they regularly checked in to make sure temperature, pressure, and comfort levels were to my liking. My skin feels fresh and rejuvenated, and I cannot thank Fifth Ave Thai Spa enough for the wonderful experience. I felt it was an incredible value for the quality of services, and I hope to be back again whenever I am visiting next.

My husband and I went to this place today for a Thai couple massage. It was amazing! We previously had the experience of this kind of massage in Thailand and honestly weren’t expecting that it would be similar, but it was wonderful. The front desk lady, was very nice, offered water and politely asked us to wait (cause we were a bit early). The place is quiet, clean and smells good. We were offered to choose if we want to have a couple massage on the floor(mattresses) or on the tables, we chose tables. Massage lasted 90 min, and I have never felt so good. It was pretty intense and at the same time very relaxing, that was exactly what we expected. Thank you so much, we are definitely coming back

It’s a hidden gem! A narrow entrance in the middle of Manhattan open in a tranquil escape from the bustling city life. My partner and I recently went back after our first massage last October. One was a pregnancy massage; simply divine. The therapist's gentle touch didn’t give any discomfort in the moment, but the day after I was a bit sore…! Still I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambiance of the room further enhances the experience, with soothing music. In the other hand the signature Thai massage wasn't quite as impressive, it was still a decent massage. It might not have been the best fit for our personal preferences, but it was clear that the therapist was skilled and knowledgeable. One thing I would caution against is pre-paying for their massage packages. We got lured into pre-purchasing a buy 5 get 6 package almost a year ago and only recently redeemed the first of the massages. Given the unpredictable nature of life, it's best to book appointments as needed rather than committing in advance. Unless you have the cash and anticipate you will really use it soon. One last note, prices are high, but not too incredibly high… Overall, we do recommend it as a decent option for a relaxing massage experience.

Have been going to Fifth Avenue Thai Spa for 3+ years, including during and after my pregnancy (offering the best pregnancy 🤰🏻 massages is no easy feat, and I was so well taken care of). Their massages are incredible, just what I need at a specific time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind. They know exactly what to advise. The place is cozy, clean and relaxing. 7 stars! 🌟
