I came here today to experience it. The environment is beautiful and comfortable, the service is warm, and the masseur works hard. It is a good place to relax and decompress. The pain in the waist has been alleviated. If you want to tell your boss where it hurts, she will ask the technician to help you solve the problem.

I am sorry to say I will be finding a new spot. I enjoyed my massage every time but on two separate occasions it became uncomfortable when it was time to pay. The first time the guy in the front told me that the tip is $20 minimum. I tried to give them a second chance because it’s close to my house but this time I went the lady who gave me the massage asked for a $20 tip. I am generous when it comes to tipping but the tip should not be half of what the service costs. When she saw that I didn’t give her a $20 tip ( still tipped over 10%) her whole demeanor changed and it was rude.

This place has gone downhill! I use-to come here all the time this place was one of my favorite foot spa / massage place 15 years ago! I love getting an hour to 3 hours massages all the time. This place used to be great. It had the best prices and everyone that worked there use to be great too. I have noticed a few changes Tina the owner from before was a sweetheart she made sure everyone was taken care of and if you purchased an hour time, she would make sure it's an hour or send you and the masseuse back to the room to fulfill the time you have purchased. This place was the best when Tina use to run the place. Now it's the worst experience. I swear I probably came here 30 times after Tina sold this place to the man in the front and every time the experience is so bad. I am not coming back anymore. I am Chinese so I hear and understand everything the staff said. The masseuse isn't motivated and always complain. Complaining about how tired they are and how they aren't making tips. I am a generous tipper I usually tip 20$ and up for an hour massage. I do not want to hear how tired they are when I am the customer, and I am tired that's why I chose to come gets pampered. This place is truly the worst. All the masseuse (Lily,Lina, Sophia, and Momo) knows me already since I am a regular and they all still treat me like dirt. I usually like my massages stronger, so I guess their way of saying it is more hard. Sure, but I didn't say stand on the bed and step on me. They are so lazy they don't even want to use their hands. Do Not Waste your Money Here There Are More Options Around!
