I had an awful experience here. I came in expecting a relaxing massage, but instead, I left with painful abrasions and severe irritation on my back. The therapist was far too rough, despite me mentioning my discomfort multiple times. Instead of adjusting their technique, they continued with excessive pressure, which resulted in visible marks and lingering pain. To make matters worse, when I brought up my concerns afterward, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. A massage should never leave someone feeling worse than when they arrived. I strongly advise against coming here if you value your well-being and a professional experience.

I had a massage here yesterday. This spa is no frills ,but clean and efficient. The massage I received was exactly what I needed--the perfect amount of deep pressure, and she work so hard! They also used cupping and hot stones. Fantastic value for the money, amazing staff! I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in the city!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here for a deep tissue and Gua sha massage. Literally the worst experience. The masseuse did the entire massage with the towel on my back with no oil. My bad was so bruised and irritated after. Then I went back to show them the bruising. The guy at the front desk said it my skin’s fault. I’ve gotten all types of massages before from Gua sha to lymphatic drainage and never has a masseuse done a massage with the towel on my body the entire time. Never has my skin bruised like this from a massage
