The experience was unprofessional and disappointing. We called the day before to schedule a couples massage, but when we arrived, they seemed completely unprepared and surprised to see us. Communication was a major issue as they didn’t speak English. To make matters worse, the person they intended to have massage me was the same individual we had just seen sweeping the front of the shop while smoking a cigarette. The entire setup felt extremely sketchy and far from what you’d expect for a calming spa or massage experience. Needless to say, we left immediately. If you’re looking for a legitimate and relaxing spa, this is NOT the place to go.

Mr. Chen's massage skills are exceptional! I highly recommend booking an appointment with him. After a long day at work, my neck and lower back often ache, but Mr. Chen's massages provide immense relief and comfort. His hands are always warm, adding to the soothing experience. He knows exactly how to apply the right pressure to help me relax. Without a doubt, he's the best masseuse in the area.

I had a very good massage. I was impressed. It kinda got ruined Towards the end of the session she offered me extra service but. I refused. Then when I was done she and man at front tried to get me tip more than I wanted to. When I paid before massage I gave her $60 for $50 tip she didn’t give me the change. I was going to give her another $10 guy tried to give me 5 dollars back out of 20 but I walked out with $10 change

Best massage therapy establishment in Whitestone. They give genuinely therapeutic massages in a clean, comfortable environment. Very kind and professional masseuse. Great value!. Many others establishments have unprofessional employees who don't know how to give a customer a great massage experience. Many other places pressure you for a tip.
