I wanted to do a happy hour massage but arrived at 11:55am. The lady who attended to me pointed to the time and then walked me to point to other specials on another board, so I guess she meant I have to arrive between 10am and 11am to take advantage of the 10am to noon hour massage special. I have to say she really knew how to massage with the correct pressure. The language barrier wasn’t an issue. She pointed and made gestures when to turn or move. I removed a star b/c they had no music playing so you heard the random mall music for 45 minutes. I could have said something then but explaining would have taken more time than its worth and I am okay with the mall music. One day, I will try and go at 10am and have Google translate open to see if they can go to 5 stars.

I have had reflexology before and what they did here was simply not foot reflexology. First the lady set the timer of which it started before she could even start my leg massage. Then she stopped way before my time was up. After I was done, I proceeded to pay, I split my payments cash & card as I was there with my friend who I decided to treat. I was very shocked when the lady refused to return my card for reasons known to her even after I tipped her 20% for a job poorly done. While waiting for my friend, I decided to pay as well and get it over with, so I gave the lady cash while she was still holding on to my card with her dear life. I had to remain calm and cool as a cucumber, I gave her the $10 in cash for my friend and since i didn't have any loose change for tipping, she literally held on to my card& the $10 and insisted on being tipped even though my friend was not done. Thankfully I had another $5 and I asked her to take $2 and return $3 to me. Ha! This woman went to the back, came back and gave me back $2 and eventually gave me back my card. I will never go back to this place ever again . That was my first and last time there and wouldn't dare fo back. They need to do better and stop holding on to people's monies, cards etc and they need to stop forcing people to tip the amount they want and allow people to tip according to their ability to tip. This was a bad experience.

My and my friend went to Relax Zone for our first time last Sunday. My masseur was incredible! The best massage I've ever gotten- he really knows about the body and muscles and I felt like I was in such great hands. The moves were unique and detailed and I walked out feeling so much better and less tense! I don’t know why this place doesn’t have any reviews yet.

Phenomenal massage! The person who gave me the massage really knows their pressure points and how to release tension & break up knots. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Hands down one of the best massages I've had. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and release built up tension in their muscles.
