Terrible scheduling and customer service. We’ve had one or two good massages here but most are not worth the hassle of actually making through the front desk. Masseuses actually fight in front of you for each others’ tips when you pay for a group. Neighborhood spots like these in nyc come with their quirks and you can’t expect the treatment of a regular spa but there’s a modicum of relaxation you should feel after spending money of a massage. I think there are other places worth trying!

Neighborhood gem! Best value and most professional service around. Open late too! Also, the facilities are brand new and immaculate. You can’t beat $36 for 60 minute foot massage (they have a side room in the front where they can do 4 at a time). I’ll definitely be a regular here.
