This weekend was my first time ever going to get a massage with my man. The staff never laid out any instructions on what to do. I was just standing there inside the room until I asked myself. They never ask what gender I'm comfortable with giving me my massage. We requested two females, and she was rough. I didn't get to really feel smooth comfort, just pain from her using her elbows. I have black and blue on my back, and we won't be back

Horrible experience! One of the massage therapist was extremely rough and aggressive I felt like I was on Wrestlemania! He popped my toes which I hated! And when all was done I did not want to tip because I expressed my pain and asked them to stop so why should I have to tip if I stopped the massage half way through and you still charged me full price for putting me in a full Nelson I’m confused! Besides that it was very clean and sanitary so 2 stars

My fiancé and I have been coming here for 2 years and we love it. We’ve each experienced half a dozen or so masseuses, and every time we leave feeling so refreshed. Kind, thoughtful staff and clean rooms and beds. We love this place!

The massage was really soft. I then went to pay and they only took venmo. It was $120 (60 per person) and she stood over my shoulder saying I needed to tip. I tipped $20 (about 18%) and the lady began to yell in her language and then started telling me to tip more, that it needed to be 25%. She then began harassing my girlfriend for the extra money. Just charge more for a massage so that your employees won’t go around crying and yelling over $10.

I'm upset at myself for trusting this place. I did the $55 massage. Waste of money. Woman kept telling to the the other massagers for the first 10-15 min of my appointment and kept leaving for long periods of time. I left with more knots in my back than I came in with. I told here I have problem areas as well as sensitivities due to injuries and she didn't respect it. Woman massager was rude and demanded more tip. Would not go back or recommend.
